Where do I find my Envato purchase code? +
Log in to CodeCanyon, open your Downloads page, find the item, and click "License certificate & purchase code". Copy the code and paste it into the ticket form.
What information should I include in a bug report? +
Tell us what you expected, what actually happened, the steps to reproduce it, your device / browser or app version, and any error messages or screenshots.
Do you offer customization services? +
